Having a Cardassian on board with my crew I would go with those of the Obsidian Order such as Gul Madred (we still count the lights to make sure) and Enabrian Tain (Garak's father). These were Cardassians who fought for glory for Cardassia Prime and very memorable performances.

I love Garak. He and the actor who played him have such spooky eyes. Garak was so melodramatic.
