Actually I must say I am pleasantly surprised by the remarks and the difficulty in picking one from everyone. This all originated from some article I came across on the internet thats title was "Spock: The World's Favorite Alien". It made me wonder if the author of the article realized that there was another very popular alien among us that he had completely forgotten about - Superman. So I thought I'd put it to the test here but I actually assumed that since this was a Trek site, that Spock would win hands down. I am glad to see that there are Superman fans on this site as well.

Darndest thing. I was just writing a blog (at another site) about Spock where I noted his similarity to Kal-El, aka Superman. Spock is no Big Blue Boy Scout, but he does come by his way-better-than-human attributes by way of alien birth, like Supes.
But it's too difficult to choose, although I'm one of those lifelong Spockaholics. I have a weakness for Good Guys that goes completely against the popular notion that girls like Bad Boys. Bad Boys won't bring chocolates; deal killer.
