U.S.S. Europe is looking for STARFLEET members in good standing to join this fine correspondence Ship.

I have a promotion policy, mission objective documents if you should have any questions on these points.

The departments supported aboard the Ship are Command, Operations, Security/Tactical, Communications, Engineering, Medical, Science, Marines and Special Ops.

The Ship's objective is charity & fun in equal measure.

As per the Ship's promotion policy, if you complete OTS you will be immediately promoted to Ensign. If you complete OCC you will immediately promoted to Lieutenant.

Charity & Fun are not the only objectives aboard the Europe, this is a fine correspondence ship to earn promotion, and gain confidence, growth and development for future STARFLEET Officers.

I look forward to any questions.

Thank you very much for giving me your attention.

Regards,

CMDR Jon Cording

Also since we're advertising for a crew I am in serious need for an XO and any able crewmembers myself for the USS John Adams NCC-1693.

If necessary I can try to do both OTS and OCC.
Commander Cording Comment by Commander Cording on September 23, 2009 at 9:09am
I have OTS and am fighting through OCC, yet determined to complete it soon.

I am willing to take up the reigns as Captain of this ship.

RC Sigmundsson, how long would I have to complete the OCC?

Being a crewmember of the USS Europe shouldn't be a problem to me, being CO/XO is, as I don't have the appropriate certificates as stated by SFI.
Fleet Captain Guðjón Sigmundsson Comment by Fleet Captain Guðjón Sigmundsson on September 23, 2009 at 4:28am
The thing is the USS Europe of course means alot to us here in Europe and its hard to see a good ship "sink" and the last thing any RC wants to have to do is to Decommision a ship in his region. So The special Offer that comes this only time is to become the CO, XO or a Crewmember of a great ship in a wonderfull region the one of the best (lol) and get to know some great startrek fans from europe and make some good friends at the same time for life (or shorter). Its not every day that a Intrepid class ship needs an CO or an XO so this is a chance of a life time. But best of all would of course be that the ship would stay in Region 9 but we are willing to sacrifice that for the this "Grand Lady" and its even grander past history to be continued even if it would mean we would loose her from us here,So please step up this ship means alot to us here in R9.

Thanks Regional Coordinator Region 9
Fleet Captain G Sigmundsson.
