On Deccember 6, 2008, the crew of the IKV Devastator held their Recommissioning Feast at Angelo's Steak and Pancake House in Newport News. All in all, approximately two dozen guests attended...including a contingent from the Federation vessel Appomatox, who journeyed all the way from Lynchburg...all of whom seemed to enjoy themselves.
