I got the doofus prize this weekend--lit a fire (at least is was in the fireplace) but forgot to open the flue. We had friends in the house visiting. The Philadelphia Fire Department responded to the alarm with full panoply. The Lieutenant (a woman!! cool!!!) couldn't have been nicer, though our stupid alarm brought them out on a cold, rainy day:-)
What do you do? Ever go to the big Trek conventions? I might go to one this year for Reuters, we'll see.
I am only a sometimes writer, I make most of my money from acting. What do you do?
