A trend in Klingon personas

It seems to have become a small trend at least in some Klingon fan group circles to have a person’s persona be apart of different fan organizations at the same time, (e.g. K’Jon tai-doE is a member of KAG, IKEF, The Empire and KRAP with various ranks in each organization).
