- I appreciate the offer, but as you say, it is a bit of a trek for a monthly basis... Up until I started rolling with the crew of Starbase 24 a few months ago, I've never really been part of "the scene"

- You probably won't remember me but I won the t-shirt competition for Manchester Starfleet. I think I remember you. Wasn't you in a magazine or newspaper being interviewed for being a trekkie? In a red TNG uniform? I remember Ursula, Peter the captain ( I heard a few rumours about him - lol) Eileen.
The Hilton sounds like a fantastic venue. How long has it been there? And how long has it been since the group stopped meeting. I will definitely be coming on 19th

- OOOh i rememeber manchester Starfleet at flixton community centre. Glad to see it has reformed I wa sonly thinking recently what a shame it was when it ended. I didnt like the new venue when it moved to the UMIST. I used to get such a warm buzz feeling on the way to flixton on the bus lol.
