Favourite TNG episode ever...

My fave TNG episode/s would be the two parter - Descent (being a big Data/Lore fan), I also love Best of Both Worlds with the Borg.

About Me:
I love Star Trek TOS and TNG. My favourite characters are Spock, Sarek and Bones. As for TNG - Data, Lore, Picard and Q (plus the Borg and the Romulans are my favourite "baddies").

I first started watching TNG when it aired here in the 90's and got right into the story lines and characters. At that stage, I hadn't seen much of TOS - only the odd replay on late night TV. I've adored TNG for ages and recently bought the whole series on DVD and rewatched it along with all the movies from start to finish. My fascination with Data was reignited. Then I went along to see the new movie and my interest was sparked to watch the original series - after all, if I loved TNG so much, surely I would love TOS? Correct! I adore it, it was so ahead of it's time, the story lines are fantastic and the characters work so well together. My new fascination is with Spock. I've yet to watch DS9 and Voyager, but I have them on hand.

Now a bit of general info - I'm an Australian (European heritage) single woman and I work in administration. I like alternative music, sci fi, horror and comedy.

Likes:

Open minds, horror movies, the colours green and purple, cats, Ganesh, wine and Southern Comfort, storms, the midnight hour, chocolate, Indian food, alone time, listening to my music, travelling, coffee, silver jewelery, lavender, being with my friends.

Dislikes:

Narrow minded people, people that pick on those they consider "weaker", homophobes, bullies, rap music, Top 40 music, chick flicks, football - just about any sport in general really, dishonesty/liars, beer, "reality" tv shows.

Movies - far too many to list here...

Shows - Star Trek: The Original Series, Star Trek: The Next Generation, The X-Files, The Mighty Boosh, Dexter, Six Feet Under, Dead Like Me, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Twin Peaks, True Blood.

Music - Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Grinderman, Voltaire, The Cramps, Siouxsie & the Banshees, The Creatures, Wall of Voodoo, Andy Prieboy, Garbage, Sisters of Mercy, The Ramones, Kiss, Nine Inch Nails, Green Day, The Doors, Bauhaus, Love & Rockets, The Cure, The Damned, Nina Hagen, David Bowie, Alien Sex Fiend, Violent Femmes, Johnny Cash, 70's and 80's, and also the odd bit of metal...

I love all of the Star Trek shows except DS9. I never really cared for it then and I still dont' care for it, I just never got into like all the others. I'm mostly into TOS and TNG, I guess because I grew up with those. And another reason they are the best of all the others. But that's my oppion.

Hi again! Yeah here in the state I dress up for Halloween every year. I love dressing up for Halloween. I now have another reason to dress up, convetions! It use to be I only get to dress up for just Halloween, but now since the Star Trek convetion you can dress up, and dress up I did! Anyways the Star Trek convetion in Las Vegas I went to, was my first. So it was very exciting for me. I never got to go in the past, so this time was exciting. Anyways, it was amazing oppertuny to meet those actors I ment there. I really didn't the chance to say anthing as there were lines of people waiting for the chance to meet them. But that few short minutes I got to be with them was great. And all the actors I ment were very nice and were very much enjoying being there. I know Nimoy did thanked me for the complement I said to him, and also thanked me the pictured I took with him and Shatner, but that was all got said because of the crazy lines of people. I'm sure more would got said if there was more time, but netherless it was amazing experance. I hope I get to do it again sometime.

You are watching DS9 at first time?
Well, I want not to spoiler, but you will be suprised. The first, second and thrid seasons are interesting but not great. But, since fourth season you will be impressed, i think. For meis TNG best, but DS9 is the best, if I am disinterested. I am watching ENT almost every day (for first time) and I don´t like this serie yet.

Hello, Thank You for your message, I'm fine thank you, I just have a little headache today. The weather is what i hate recently! Here is wind-storm strength wind blows, and here was a blizzard yesterday too...going to work beside weather like this was an "experience"... I try to studying this week, but I'm exhausted. Today I will go to the Hungarian National Motor Sport Association because case of work (this like that than the international association: FIA - Federation Internationale de l'Automobile -), there will be a national championship in this month, and I will work as a flagmarshall there. And on Sunday I will go to work for an autocross race. I will enjoy this! and I try to spare time for it of course that let me watching TNG ;-) the life is going on =))

Hi how have you been doing? Sorry had'nt responed in while, just lots of things has been going on. Anyways, have plans for Halloween? As for me I'm not sure yet as I have to work that day, but I will still dress up. I will probley drees up in costume and wear it to work. My job will let us dress up on Halloween as long as its not real bad. So I will probley dress up in one of my Star Trek uniforms. I have about 6 different Star Trek costumes. Here is my list of costumes I have:

TOS Kirk & Spock uniform shirts,Star Trek XI Kirk & Spock uniform shirts,Star Trek II-VI style uniform and TNG red&black jumpsuit. I know that's alot of Star Trek costumes isnt? I'm think of wearing my TOS Spock costume shirt along with either black pants or skirt, of course since I dont' have a black skirt I will have to buy one. I might also wear my Vulcan ears as well. I still kept those from the convetion I went to in Las Vegas back in August. I will post my pictures from the convetion once I transfer them from my camera to the comptuer, I still haven't done that yet. I have get my husband to show me how to do it since I dont' know how. I will also post my pictures with Jonathan Frakes,Brent Spinner,William Shatner & Leonard Nimoy, and Zachuary Quntio, as soon as I find out the problem with my printer. Those pictures I have to scan and send to my comptuer. But had a problem with one of my comptuers and because of it,the program of the printer got lost or something. And the printer is not programed into my laptop, so it could be awhile for those pictures. I have to have my husband fix the comptuer and printer problems, as I dont' know how to do it. He know more on how to fix things like that than me. Anyways, I thought I drop by and see how you are. Well I got to go to bed now as I have to be at work later.
